Praying for Adults in Brazil

^“Brothers and sisters, stop thinking like children. In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults.” (1 Corinthians 14:20)

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up
until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.” (Ephesians 4:11-15)

Let us pray for adults.

Let us ask God to give them courage and heart.  With so many adversities and many irregularities in Brazil is very easy to be tempted to get discouraged and turn cold.

Let us pray for health, for jobs, for deliverances of violence, let us pray for peace.

Let us pray for those who still need an encounter with God.

Let us pray for those involved in addictions.

Let us pray for householders. Pray that they may have wisdom to lead their families and be able to do it with dignity.

Let us pray for maturity.

Let us pray adults realize the stage of life they are in, and live it fullest.

Let us pray for the awakening in every adult heart of the sense of how they are responsible for building a better world for future generations. Children and youth are adults´ imitators.
