Prayer Campaign: Day 51

Praying for Healings
Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
Praise the Lord, my soul,
and forget not all his benefits—
who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,
(Psalm 103:1-3)

Let us pray for the gift of healing.Let us pray for miracle cures in the church today as occurred among the early Christians.
Let us pray for complete and instant cures.
Let us pray for healings with purpose. Cures that testify of God's power and that don´t serve to promote people or religious groups.
Let us pray for religious groups who claim cures but actually are trying to round up supporters.
Pray for discernment to perceive false signs and false miracles.
Let us pray for those who take advantage of the weakness of the other and promise cures in exchange for some type of payment.

    Bless , O MY SOUL , THE LORD .
This psalm expresses thanksgiving and praise to God for the privileges and blessings that God gives to His people . We must never forget the goodness of God toward us , or forget to be thankful for His blessings poured upon us by the Holy Spirit , see Deuteronomy 8.12-14 ; 2 Chronicles 32.25 , Acts 2.38,39 , 9.17,18 , John 14:16 .

Adam and Eve, falling into sin , plunged the human race universally the experience of sin, sickness and death . Contrasting this, the Psalmist enumerates the blessings of God to His people : " The forgiveness of sins , the healing of infirmities and the gifts of salvation and eternal life." Forgiveness is the first and most important gift we can receive from God. Forgiveness , we are restored to God and redeemed from destruction , see Psalm 103.4 . The cure of diseases ( arising from sin and Satan ) is also part of salvation that God makes available to His people , see James 5.15,16 .
