Prayer Campaign: Day #4

Pray for other churches
"What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe - as the Lord has assigned to each his task.
I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The one  who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor." (I Corinthians 3:5-8)

There are lots of different churches. And how many times have we asked about all this diversity . Diversity can be a good thing , since it does not turn into division.
Observing, we realize that each denomination has its own peculiarities regarding some points as the style of worship , dress pattern and issues such as Baptism , the Lord's Supper , the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit , and others...
When we choose a church to gather together , we should first ask the guidance of the Holy Spirit , and also we need to pay attention to basics points of the Christian faith , such as what the church believes and practices, and what it teaches.
But apart from that , you can find the group with which you most identify. For example: a church with a calm praise or a church with a noisy one... A church where they clap hands, and others where they don't... There are churches for all styles!
We are not supposed to judge anyone, but as Christians we have two duties: first to observe the church we attend, and the second, in relation to other churches , it is the duty of exercising love for the people that attend the other churches.
Pray for other churches!
Keep in your mind that we are ALL invited to be children of God! Jesus died for ALL!
And never forget that in heaven there will be no church board!
