Praying for Miracles in the Church

“ Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided, and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left.” (Exodus 14:21-22)

 

“Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."
Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.” (John 20:29-31)

 

Let us pray for miracles in churches.

Let us pray for understanding to realize that miracles do not happen specifically in a church or another.

Genuine miracles are operated by God and not by human leaders. The Holy Spirit blows wherever and on whomever He will, as He wants.

Let us pray for honesty in churches.

 

Let us pray for those who take advantage on miracles to  advertise temples as if they were more blessed than others. A miracle is a sign, but not the only one. Love is actually the main sign of God's presence in a community.

 

And miracles happen by the thousands outside the temples, on streets, hospitals ... Miracle does not depend on walls and boards. Many miracles happen and neither we listen about them. Others are used as a testimony of the power and glory of God.

 

Also pray asking God to teach us to be steadfast in faith and prayer. Let us pray for persistence in waiting for a miracle to occur.
