Hi, dear friend!
Our God is always good. As Jeremiah 29.11 says, He has "plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future". All God's promises express how He is interested in blessing us...But there are three major interests of God revealed through the Scriptures. They all apply to each one of us.

GOD’S THREE MAJOR INTERESTS
FIRST: In the Gospels the key word is SALVATION. God wants all men to be saved. He is interested in those who are lost. He provided salvation for everybody.
- John 3.16 (God so loved the world…)
- Luke 15.10 (Even the angels in heaven rejoice when a sinner is saved.)
- Luke 19.10 (Jesus came to seek and save the one who was lost.)
Salvation is the first step. We can´t feel comfortable, satisfied with the fact that we’re saved and stop here. God has more for us…
SECOND: In the book of Acts God wants all the ones who got saved to be filled with the HOLY SPIRIT. Why? To get power to overcome sins, to live a holy life that pleases Him, to be witness, to preach the Gospel, to make disciples…
- Acts 1.8; 2.1-4,38-39; 8.14-17
THIRD: In the epistles (small letters) the key word is GROWTH. God wants all His people to grow up spiritually, to develop gradually, to have a personal spiritual development in order to live according to His purpose. God wants to use us, but He never uses kids as leaders, to make disciples… After being saved and filled up with the Holy Spirit, we need to grow up and become mature…We can’t be spiritual babies for ever… Let’s grow up…
- Ephesians 4.14-16 (God provides growth for His church.)
- Hebrews 5.12-14; 6.1-3 (God wants us to become mature.)
- II Peter 3.18 (Grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus.)
The Lord bless you powerfully!
A big hug!
